Q: How much is shipping?
A: Within the GTA (Greater Toronto Area), pick up arrangement can be made in Mississauga/Markham (please contact for details). For orders over $30 within the GTA, other pick up arrangements might be possible depending on the clients' location. Please send us an email for details.
For outside the GTA, shipping for first item is $6 to Canada, $5 to US, and $8 for international order. No additional charges for additional Felt Charming, but $1 for each additional bunny Towel/Blanket bunny.
Needle Felting
Q: How do I care for my needle-felted animal?
A: Just like any wool sweater, the wool on needle-felted animals will fray over time, depending on how much they are being handled. Please contact us by email to arrange a drop off and pick up time at Kidult in Pacific Mall, and we'll repair it for free.
Q: My felted animal fell off from the strap ring!! What do I do?
A: As long as you still have the animal (not lost in the action), we'll fix it for free. We have a new set of split rings, much stronger and better, to fasten the animal onto the strap. Please contact us by email to arrange a drop off and pick up.
Q: How long does it take to needle felt a phone strap animal?
A: About 1 hour... all depends on the size, its pose and pattern
Q: Do you do needle felting custom orders?
A: Yes! In fact, a lot of the needle felting phone charm animals were originally custom request orders. The ones that we "felt'n love" with have turned into regular products. So if you don't see the animal that you want (or even anime characters), send me an email (with a picture if applicable) and I'll see what I can do.
Q: How much would it cost for custom-made orders?
A: Depends on the size of the project, and the level of difficulty. E.g., the tail of the lesser panda is quite time consuming, so it is more expensive than a regular bunny phone charm. All the cell phone charm size animals are $8 and up.
Q: Could you make bigger felted animals?
A: Currently the biggest size I would make is around 8cm tall. About twice the size of a normal phone strap animal. Since these orders would take 8x the material and 4x the time, the price of these special orders would be about $25-$30. They can be attached to a keychain instead of a phone strap.
Q: How long does it take to complete a custom order?
A: For any new animal/character, it'll take at least a week. It all depends on the size and difficulty of the project; during high season like Nov./Dec. might even take longer.
Towel/Blanket Bunnies
Q: How long does it take to make a towel/blanket bunny?
A: About 1 hour. Medium size is easiest to make. Large (as in Wedding Mascots) and Small size are harder and will take longer.
Q: How long does it take to custom-make a pair of wedding mascots?
A: About 1.5 weeks. The majority of time will be spent on finding the customer-specified silk flowers for the bouquet and tiara.
Q: Could you make wedding mascot using the microplush blanket?
A: Yes, but only for Medium size bunnies.
Q: What colours are available for towel bunnies and blankie bunnies?
A: Please check out our colour chart for blankie bunnies. Towel bunnies are available in white, ivory, dark brown and light brown.
Q: How do I clean the towel/blankie bunny?
A: Please do not put them into washing machine for a swim. They will not hold their shapes. Gently wipe the spot with water and air dry.
